What a year looks like

Membership runs a full twelve months. We’d rather have a small room of people who committed than a large one of people deciding week to week.

Weekly, in person
The member forum — one hour, one question.Closed door, members only. The question goes out in advance so people arrive with something considered.
Weekly, virtual
A second forum over video, led by Britt Sill, our Vice Chair.Lunchtime or early afternoon, same closed-door rule. Day, time and format announced soon.
Monthly
Two to four one-to-ones with other members.Your pace, your pairings. This is the expectation, not a suggestion.
Every other month
An open social through OnlySocials.Members in free. Guests are welcome with a ticket.
Quarterly
A signature member event, a speaker session, and a charity event.The dinners, tastings and outings sit here, alongside the cause the membership nominated.
Annually

The one-to-ones are where it compounds

Events put you in the room. One-to-ones are what turn the room into a network you can actually use.

Members are expected to sit down with other members individually, two to four times a month. Coffee, lunch, a round, a walk. No agenda required, though most people bring one.

The members who get the most out of OnlyExecs are, without exception, the ones doing the most one-to-ones. It isn’t complicated, and it isn’t optional.

An hour across a table is worth a year of seeing someone across a room.

What an hour is for

  • ●Understanding what someone actually does, well enough to refer them without guessing
  • ●Putting a specific problem in front of someone who has already solved it
  • ●Finding the overlap between two businesses that isn’t visible from across a table
  • ●An introduction you would never have thought to ask for

Founding membership closes December 31

Founding members pay $600 for their first year rather than $1,000. Membership renews at the standard rate after that.

The standard rate from January 1, 2027. Twelve months, by application, with the same full programme.

Rates are current as of October 2026 and subject to change. The founding rate applies to your first year of membership, which renews at the standard rate after that.

Tell us about your business and whether you already know anyone in the group. Every applicant sits down with the board before a seat is offered — if it’s a fit on both sides, we’ll get you to the next event.
