OnlyExecs is a private membership for Frederick-area owners and executives — and a working argument that the right dozen relationships are worth more than a thousand contacts.
Our mission
To build the room Frederick’s business leaders actually need — small enough to be honest in, selective enough to be worth the morning, and generous enough that what happens in it spreads outward.
Running a business is isolating in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t done it. We exist so that the people doing it here have somewhere to go with the parts they can’t say out loud — and leave with relationships, referrals and answers that hold up.
What that looks like

Board of Directors

Brendon Peck
Brendon is the Owner and Principal Consultant of The Cyber Defense Initiative, a Frederick-based firm providing managed cybersecurity and IT services to small and mid-sized businesses — endpoint protection, email security, zero trust access, cloud backup and Microsoft 365 management.
He founded OnlyExecs after noticing how few places there were for owners around Frederick to talk candidly with people facing the same problems. As Chairman he sets the group’s direction, runs the weekly forum, and meets with every applicant personally.
Brittany Sill
Brittany is an entrepreneur and financial professional, and the Founder and Owner of Balancing with Britt, LLC, where she specialises in financial management, business operations, and helping companies build stronger financial foundations.
With extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting and business strategy, she brings a combination of financial expertise, entrepreneurial insight and collaborative leadership to OnlyExecs. As Vice Chair and Treasurer she supports the organisation’s strategic direction, financial oversight and continued growth.
She believes successful networking goes beyond exchanging business cards — it is about building trust, sharing knowledge, and creating a community where leaders genuinely support one another’s success. Through OnlyExecs she is committed to strengthening Frederick’s business community and turning valuable connections into lasting partnerships.
